4 Ways to Get Radiant Skin That Will Help You Look Young and Beautiful

Contrary to popular opinion, you don't need to splurge on expensive products to get radiant skin. In order for one to possess radiant skin, it is necessary for the skin cells to turnover frequently. The skin cells turn over every 28 days when you are under 20 years of age. However, the turnover rate drastically slows down as you grow older. Fortunately, there are ways to ensure that the dead cells don't make your skin appear dull. Here are 4 ways to get radiant skin that will help you look young and beautiful.
Use Raw Milk and Salt to Exfoliate and Cleanse the Skin--
Raw milk contains several important nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that can help one look young and maintain a youthful exuberance. Raw milk gives a natural glow to the skin and tightens the pores. Salt helps in the exfoliation process and leaves the skin smooth and firm. All you need to do is to mix a teaspoon of salt to 1/4th cup of raw milk. Then, you should stir the solution well. You can then dip the cotton balls into the solution and dab it on your skin. After that, you should proceed to massage your face in a circular motion. You can wash it off with cold water.
Stay Hydrated at All Times--
65% of your body is made of water. Therefore, you shouldn't deprive your body of water. You can stay hydrated either by drinking water or eating fruits and vegetables that boast of high water content. You can also spritz rose water on your skin directly if you want to hydrate your skin naturally. It is ill-advised for you to consume aerated drinks; you can instead drink tender coconut water.
The Importance of Facials--
It is necessary for you to incorporate facials and moisturizing routines in your skin care regimen. Facials help play an instrumental role in counteracting the harmful effects of air pollution and exposure to UV rays. In addition to that, facials also help rejuvenate skin complexion. You can benefit tremendously by including rose water and glycerin in your facial routine. Not only does rose water help reduce eye puffiness, it also naturally hydrates your skin and maintains pH balance. Meanwhile, glycerin serves as a natural humectant that attracts and holds moisture in the skin, giving you a radiant look. You don't have to go to a salon and pay hundreds of dollars for a facial; you can do them at home. You can invest in some quality equipment and learn how to use a facial steamer the right way for maximum benefit.
Use Orange Juice and Egg Whites to Great Benefits--
You can create a wonderful skin lifting and tightening mask with orange juice and egg whites. Basically, you need to mix 1 egg white with 3 teaspoons of fresh orange juice. After mixing the solution, you can apply a layer of the mixture on your face with a brush. You should wait for 4 minutes before you apply another layer. After the solution is dried completely, you can proceed to remove the pack with a damp cotton pad.

@Adelaide ... It is a really neat one! I also made a little spray bottle of what I call my 'ocean water'. It's just salt water that I use to refresh my skin before I soak in the tub. It cures on my skin like the ocean water does and works miracles on my face! :-) Thanks for your comment!
