My Review of Elba Naturals Skin Care

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"We are a brand totally dedicated to bring you – the happy city person – all the necessary “environment” you’ll need to:

+ Make you feel great about yourself… and the “environment”.
+ And to make you proud to rebut those guys in a guilt-free sort of way,
+ since you’ll be helping the “environment” in a totally unusual fashion (*)…
+ as well as protecting yourself from the negative effects an urban lifestyle has on your skin.
And yes… once again: we produce and distribute the best natural skincare products you’ll ever experience!"

I was sent a 1.0 fl oz bottle of the n.3 CoQ10 Creme and a 1.0 fl oz bottle of the n.4 Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30 from Elba Naturals to review.

The price for these products is $24.00 - $26.00.  Shipping is free with Amazon Prime.

Packaging & Presentation of Elba Naturals Skin Care

These bottles arrived to me in perfect condition.  There were no dents, defects, nor issues during shipment.  The labels are color coded so you can easily reach for the exact product when you need it.

The front of each bottle labels the product, brand, and sizing information.  These bottles are labeled with a numbering system (in this case, n.3 and n.4).

The back of each bottle provides a brief detailing of the product, directions for use, ingredients, and contact information.  These products are made in the USA, are not tested on animals, made with certified organic ingredients, and have a 12-month PAO.

Each bottle uses a pump dispenser.  It pumps out a generous amount of cream, so be careful!

The product lot numbers and expiration dates are printed on the bottom of each bottle.

Each bottle has a nice full-coverage safety seal.

My Personal Experience with Elba Naturals Skin Care

These are made to be used together.  With an intense CoQ10 cream coupled with a hydrated moisturizer with sunscreen, Elba Naturals really hit the nail on the head with this duo.  They also use a numbering system that makes the process even easier (if that's possible).

The n.3 CoQ10 Creme is pretty intense.  I used to take a CoQ10 supplement, but I haven't had one in a while.  I was excited to see what this did externally.  Basically, it keeps your skin looking youthful and lively.  The cream is on the stiffer side, but it does absorb if you work it in.  It has a very light fragrance.

The n.4 Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30 is excellent.  It's very easy to wear, and the light and whipped-like consistency allows for easy absorption.  A little does go a long way, but you will not feel any residue with this moisturizer.  It's great to wear underneath makeup.  It does not have a scent.

Pros of Elba Naturals Skin Care
  • Both products are formulated with the best of ingredients.
  • The products absorb without leaving a residue.
  • Work very well in conjunction with one another.
  • Made in the USA and not tested on animals.

Cons of Elba Naturals Skin Care
    • I haven't found any cons of these products.

n.3 CoQ10 Creme:  The Elba Naturals company has really stepped up their game recently.  Their products are amazing in quality, and the formulations are wonderful.  I love everything about this—what’s not to love when you have a natural, organic, made in the USA, super soft moisturizer that boasts CoQ10?  The cream itself is very soft—it absorbs with absolutely no problem after you work it in a little.  My skin feels remarkably soft after I rub this in.

It does not have a strong scent, but there is a noticeably soft and very light fragrance to this.  You can use this twice a day (or even more if you want) without any problem because there is zero greasy residue.  This bottle will last you a very long time because you really don’t need a lot per use.

n.4 Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30: Moisturizers are a dime a dozen now, so when you find a good one, stick with it.  If you are searching for one, here it is.  What initially attracted me to this particular moisturizer (besides the fact that I used Elba’s eye cream eons ago and loved it) is the fact that this boasts SPF 30.  Sunscreen is like the single most important thing that I put on my face every day.  USUALLY, I use my normal moisturizer coupled with the Peter Thomas Roth mineral powered sunscreen, but that’s kind of a pain to use all of these separate products when you can use ONE and get the same results.

Now, I don’t use this EVERYDAY because when it says intense--- it’s really dang intense.  This is probably best used for people that have super incredibly dry skin day in and day out.  If you are like me and have pretty normal skin, I’d use this when you are planning for a day outside or only a few days per week.  The product itself isn’t fragranced at all, and does absorb pretty fast.  I really do like it, and it makes moisturizing WITH sunscreen a lot easier.
