..::Product Review::.. Chiller 2.0

My Review of the Chiller 2.0

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"ChillWarmer's vacuum sealed insulated water bottles are made of high quality food grade 18/8 (304) stainless steel. The bottles are BPA-Free, unlike most plastic bottles, and contain no liner as most aluminum bottles have. The Chiller 2.0 contains a hygienic push-button sipper lid that locks in place to prevent spills and keep particles/germs out. The bottles are designed to be lightweight making them great for all day use whether it's traveling, camping, exercising, yoga, crossfit or bringing it to the office."

I was sent a white Chiller 2.0 from ChillWarmer to review.

The price for this bottle is $16.99.  Shipping is free with Amazon Prime.

Packaging & Presentation of the
Chiller 2.0

This bottle arrived in pretty good condition.  There is a small dent in the front of the bottle, but I think it is due to defect and not from shipping.  The box has all of the necessary information.

The front of the box labels the brand.  The back of the box provides helpful usage information, cautions, and care instructions.

Both sides of the box are the same.  It says, "Buy Today.  Chill Tomorrow".

It's a flip box, so when you open the side the water bottle slides out.

The bottle is wrapped in a plastic sleeve, and when you take it off, you are left with an adorable bottle.

Here is an closeup picture of the small dent.  It doesn't affect usage at all.

My Personal Experience with the Chiller 2.0

If there is one thing that I use every single day, it's a water bottle.  This is a really nice one, too.  It's great for on-the-go because of its leak-proof technology.

When the red button is pressed, the top flips open revealing the circular mouthpiece.

The lid screws on and off opening to a double walled stainless steel drum-- perfect to keep your cold drinks cold.

The bottom has a label on it-- this is where you'll quickly find the UPC, manufacturer's information, etc.

Pros of the Chiller 2.0
  • Condensation-free.
  • Durable.
  • Comfortable to hold.
  • Great color options.

    Cons of the Chiller 2.0
    • I haven't found any cons of this bottle.

I am convinced that I drink more water every day when I drink from a water bottle that I actually like.  I have bought so many water bottles this past year (the plastic ones that you toss) and I am just fed up with all of the waste.  I was pretty excited to use this one—considering I take it everywhere, I don’t want one that leaves all of that nasty condensation taking over my bag, car’s cup holder, or my wooden table.  This water bottle actually does that, and I am very happy with that aspect.

I use this only for water, and although the details state that it keeps everything cold for 12 hours, I noticed my ice start to melt around the 8 hour mark.  That’s pretty good. I tested this overnight, though, so I didn’t open it during that test.  It’s really not a problem, though because I would essentially open this during the 8-12 hour mark anyway.  I love the feel, the durability of the material, and the overall idea of this.  I definitely recommend it!
