Review…

I was sent both the TrueLipids Hydrate, Correct & Perfect Lotion and the TrueLipids TrueTherapy Ceramide + Cream from Cheryl Lee MD to review.

The TrueLipids Redness Relief Kit costs $99.98.

Packaging & Presentation of the Cheryl Lee MD Redness Relief Kit

This kit arrived in great condition.  The main products were packaged in individual boxes, and I also received a catalog and four product samples.  Everything came together in a snug box.

The catalog provides information about the TrueLipids Technology, a thorough description of each of the products, and some testimonials from customers.  It's printed in full-color and it's very informative.

Beginning with the TrueLipids Hydrate, Correct & Perfect Lotion-- the front labels the brand, product, sizing information.  This is accepted by the National Eczema Association and is Dermatologist Invented & Tested.  The back of the box details a lot more about the lotion (exactly how it hydrates, corrects, and perfects), provides manufacturing and contact information.  This lotion is 99% Vegan and isn't test on animals.

The right side of the box describes more about 'The Free Campaign'-- how they are on a quest to be free of toxins and allergens.  It lists a bunch of ingredients that this lotion doesn't contain.  Pretty interesting.  The left side of the box gives a brief synopsis about the TrueLipids Blend, the directions, and a list of ingredients.

The Ceramide + Cream is set up pretty much the same way, but with different information (of course).  The front of this box states that you can use this on your kids and babies.  The back provides a very nice diagram on how this works, and what you can expect over the next 24 hours after application.

The right side of the box is 'The Free Campaign' information, and the left side outlines the directions, ingredients, and contact information.  This cream is also 99% Vegan and not tested on animals.

Both boxes flip open from the top, and the bottles are easy to get out.

The bottles give the same exact information at the box, just lower in content.  The lotion bottle is cylindrical and has a royal blue color code.

The product lot number is stamped on the bottom of the bottle.  It uses a pump dispenser as its method of application.

Same thing with the Ceramide+ Cream.  However, this cream comes in a bottom-ended squeeze tube.  This has a green color coded label.

The cap unscrews, and you squeeze it to apply the cream.

My Personal Experience with the Cheryl Lee MD Redness Relief Kit

This is literally the best redness relief product line that I have ever tried.  I was hoping it would be-- it's pretty expensive.  However, I have mentioned this before, you get what you pay for.  What I really like about this is that it comes with everything that you need to take care of problem skin and do it quickly.

The Perfecting Lotion is very thin-- it's like a super potent sunscreen consistency.  It absorbs incredibly fast, and it works great under makeup.  This is the first step-- used in the mornings.

The Ceramide+ Cream on the other hand, is a lot thicker.  I wasn't expecting it to be so thick, so I was very careful squeezing it.  This is very, very strong, so you only need a little tiny bit for it to be effective.  It covers a large area, and the ingredients are amazing.  This is the second step, and you use this one at night.

The four sample packs that I received are all extremely high quality:

+ TrueLips Lip Balm
+ Relieve & Protect Ointment
+ Boo-Boo & Bum Balm
+ Eczema Experts Anti-Itch 1% Hydrocortisone Barrier Cream

Pros of the Cheryl Lee MD Redness Relief Kit
  • Very easy to use.
  • Two-step system that comes with everything that you need.
  • Very noticeable results.
  • Fragrance-free (totally).
  • Part of 'The Free Campaign'.
  • 99% Vegan, Not tested on animals

Cons of the Cheryl Lee MD Redness Relief Kit
  • I haven't found any cons of this system.
        Summary

I have used a lot of products for my cheek redness, and they have worked, but not this quickly, and not with such a great formulation.  This keeps your skin remarkable overall (hydrated and soft) as it tackles the areas of concern.  The system is not harsh, but it is very effective.  I love this new TrueLipids technology, and the samples that I received are amazing, too.  I like every single one of them, and I am certainly going to place an order soon.  I am very happy with this line, and for that-- I definitely recommend it.
