..::Product Review::.. Rhamnia Bynata Eye Contour Cream with Sea Buckthorn

My Review of Rhamnia Bynata Eye Contour Cream with Sea Buckthorn

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"One of the main reasons we use eye contour cream is to reduce or eliminate fine lines and wrinkles, or to prevent the skin from their appearance.  The area around the eyes is the first place on which time leaves its traces, as the structure of the tissue there is specific and vulnerable. The skin is thinner and drier.  Our emotions that most often are expressed with mimic, leave their mark precisely on this delicate area.

Eye cream RHAMNIA bynata supplies the area with precious moisture, successfully restores lipids, smoothes pleating and makes a great deal with wrinkles. It gently protects the eye contour, while combating dark circles and puffiness around eyes.  This happens due to the cream's active ingredients.  Sea buckthorn oil extract (which is an extremely good hydrating agent, a magical and powerful antioxidant and a skin protector) , alpha-bisabolol, vitamins A, E and D-panthenol, hyaluronic acid and caffeine."

Review…

I was sent a 15 ml jar of the Eye Contour Cream with Sea Buckthorn from Rhamnia Bynata to review.

This jar costs $26.00.  Shipping is free with Amazon Prime.

Packaging & Presentation of Rhamnia Bynata Eye Contour Cream with Sea Buckthorn

This jar of eye cream arrived in perfect condition, and it was packed oh-so-cutely!  The jar was packaged nicely in a box, and there wasn't any damage nor issues during shipment.  This package contains 15 ml of cream.  The box is heavily and happily decorated, and even tied with a little ribbon.  This is a flip-top box, so you have to undo the ribbon to open it.

This is a really interesting product because it is natural skincare straight from Bulgaria, and they keep the Bulgarian culture throughout.  With that being said, the right side of the box is written in native Bulgarian, and the left side is in English.

The top of the box labels the product and brand.  The bottom of the box contains a lot of information.  You can find the UPC, expiration date, ingredients, sizing information, and company contact information.  This product is recyclable, and has a 6-month PAO.

The jar shared the common theme with the box, but there is seldom information on the jar so you may want to keep the box.  It has a wider lid than body, but the jar is easy to open.

The top of the jar contains the only direction you will find, "Apply every day & nigh with confidence and a smile".  The bottom of the jar has the expiration date stamped again.

My Personal Experience with Rhamnia Bynata Eye Contour Cream with Sea Buckthorn

I always seem to go back and forth between eye creams and gels (not counting the one product I bought that was marketed as a cream, but was clearly a gel...). I go through eye creams/gels so fast because I use them not only on my eyes, but on that space between my eyes, and my smile lines.  Plus, this product just looks so cool and fancy, doesn't it!?

The jar holds 15 ml, and that's about 0.5 oz.  The jar is pretty much packed and filled to the top.

The cream itself is very soft and has a whipped-like consistency.  It smells like orange.

It goes on really smooth.  I like that it doesn't leave any residue.  Sometimes skincare products leave a sticky residue and it's impossible to apply makeup, but this one isn't like that.  It's great to use every single day!

                  Summary

Let me first comment on the packaging, because…c’mon… it’s ADORABLE! I was hoping the eye cream was just as good!! When I opened the box, I found a cute little jar, and I was excited to try it. I have been using this day and night, and I have been extremely happy with it! It’s a very, very soft cream (almost to the gel point). Have you ever tried The Body Shop’s Bouncy Sleep Mask? It’s like that. A medium-viscosity cream, but it has a superb absorption rate and works perfectly with my sonic infuser. Basically, I do a thin coat around my eye area and infuse it for 15 seconds on each side. I feel ALIVE and AWAKE!! It’s very refreshing, and the fragrance is light, yet noticeable. It’s a sweet delicate scent of citrus-y goodness. I DEFINITELY recommend checking this out, you will NOT be disappointed!
