Review…

I was sent a 4.0 fl oz bottle of the bcBud Hemp Brightening Facial Cleanser and a 4.0 fl oz jar of the Tropical Butter Cream from Carapex to review.

Both of these products can be found on Amazon for $14.97, and shipping is free with Amazon Prime.

Packaging & Presentation of Carapex All Natural Skin Care

Both products  were sent to me in perfect condition.  The bcBud Hemp Brightening Facial Cleanser comes in a green bottle with gold foiled labels.  The bottle has a flip-top cap.  The bottle measures 5.5" x 2.0" at its widest points.  The Tropical Butter Cream is packaged in a jar with a screw top lid.  The jar is blue with a white label.  This jar measures 2.5" x 2.5".

Beginning with the bcBud Hemp Brightening Facial Cleanser-- the front labels the product, brand, and sizing information.  The same information is provided in French, too.  The back of the label details a little bit about the product (in both English and French).  You can find the list of ingredients here, too.  Carapex's contact information is found towards the bottom.

The jar of Tropical Butter Cream was informative as well.  The front labels the product and brand.  The back of the label is where you will find all of the supporting information-- details, ingredients, and contact information.  These products are not tested on animals and are all-natural.

I found a safety seal on the facial cleanser bottle underneath of the cap.

The facial cleanser uses a flip-top lid, so it's up to you to get the proper amount needed per wash.  The Tropical Butter Cream unscrews from the top and you just grab the amount that you need.

My Personal Experience with Carapex All Natural Skin Care

I am so glad that I got to try this!  I use skin care products twice a day, every day.  When I received my package for review, I was pretty ecstatic that I got both a face wash and a body butter because I go through both so quickly and I am definitely familiar with these types of products to tell you if they are any good or not.

I used the face wash first, and I can't even begin to tell you how awesome it is.  When I got the bottle I thought it was a little small (I usually order pretty large bottles).  When I went to use it, the first time I used entirely too much.  You really only need a little tiny bit of this.  Less than the size of a dime.  I just put a little bit on my konjac sponge, and it really gives a nice deep cleanse.  I can't forget to mention the fragrance-- it is very nice.  I have no idea what to compare it to, but I smell a little lemon in it, maybe? Anyway, it gives you very nice-looking skin.  It brightens your face by rejuvenating your tired complexion.  I am loving this face wash!

Next, the Tropical Butter Cream.  I use this just as I would any body butter; to lock in moisture.  I am sure you guys have all heard of the in-shower body lotions that just came out, and I use them every time I shower.  I have moisturized skin for about a half hour, then dry.  If I use this cream, it keeps that added moisturizer on lock down, and I get a way better result.  This is a very intense cream, and it hydrates immediately.  It's fragrance-free, but I wish it had a little scent...with a name like 'Tropical', maybe a light coconut?

Pros of Carapex All Natural Skin Care
  • Immediate results with both products.
  • You only need a tiny bit of the face wash to be effective.
  • The fragrance of the face wash is amazing.
  • Tropical Butter Cream locks in moisture.
  • All natural, not tested on animals.
Cons of Carapex All Natural Skin Care
  • I wish the Tropical Butter Cream had a little fragrance to it.
        Summary

The bcBud Hemp Brightening Facial Cleanser is certainly a deep cleanser—and I LOVE it!! I am a huge fan of hemp products, as I have been using them for years. However, this is the first hemp face wash that I have ever tried. First, I absolutely love the fragrance. It smells fresh, clean, and just overall delightful. As far as a deep cleanser goes, I usually use the Lush Ocean Salt scrub, but I have been using this in lieu of it. I get the same results, and the price here is definitely a LOT better.

The Tropical Butter Cream has been absolutely wonderful. It is so luxurious and soft. It is packed with so many different ingredients that your skin just craves. What I like about this is that there is not a limitation as to how much you can use or where you can put it. I LOVE going swimming in my pool, but the chemicals inside of it just DRY my skin out. This is the BEST after swimming body butter cream that I have used. It absorbs so fast, and it instantly creates soft, smooth skin. Another great feature is that you don’t have to use very much at all. The smallest amount covers and cares for a very large surface area. There is not any greasy residue, nor anything at all.
