..::Review + Giveaway::.. Jeff Gold Music 'Soul of a Mountain'

My Review of Jeff Gold Music "Soul of a Mountain"

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"The "Soul of a Mountain ” CD (and download) is a soothing collection of original melodies featuring beautifully arranged acoustic guitars, piano, strings and flutes.  Each song has its own unique sound, yet the relaxing tone of the CD remains fluid throughout the entire album. The tempo is ideal for healing and is often used for meditation, massage, reiki and yoga.

It’s also a wonderful way to drift off to sleep. Beautiful and inspiring, “Soul of a Mountain” can also kick your creativity into high gear, as well as to make more mundane chores less stressful and to seem more like an “afternoon meditation”.  Long drives pass quickly and dishes seem to wash themselves.   Artists and writers have found that it creates just the right ambiance for creative thinking.

If you’re feeling a little stressed, can’t fall asleep, or just need a little background inspiration, “Soul of a Mountain” is a relaxing get-away that will renew and invigorate your spirit."

I was sent (4) different CD's-- 'Soul of a Mountain', 'Live Well', 'Sleep Well', and 'Simple Treasures' from Jeff Gold to review.

The CD's are $13.00 each, or $7.00 per download.

Packaging & Presentation of Jeff Gold Music "Soul of a Mountain"

The CD's came packaged really nice in a a white exterior box.  There was not any damage, defects, nor issues during shipping.  Each CD was packaged inside of it's own box.

All four CD's had beautiful artwork on them, and I also got a thank you note!

Each album was individually wrapped with plastic for protection from opening.

My Personal Experience with Jeff Gold Music "Soul of a Mountain"

I love music.  I mean, I really love it.  Any kind of music, any song.  When I found out that I was able to review Jeff Gold's music, I was really looking forward to it.  Of course, I popped these CD's right in!

The 'Soul of a Mountain' case is very natural looking, and the back lists all eleven song titles.

I love all of these songs.  My favorites are 'Soul of a Mountain' (of course!) and 'Dance With the Wind'.

Next, I listened to the other music CD, 'Simple Treasures'.  This case is decorated with nature pictures as well.  The back lists twelve track names.

I loved 'I Do'. It's a beautiful song, and oh-so-relaxing.

I also received a few different CD's.  These feature the work of Janet Montgomery, CHt.  She is a certified hypnotherapist, but they feature the music of Jeff Gold.  The first is 'Live Well: Techniques for Managing Stress'.  I'm full of stress.  All of the time.  That's why this works for me.  It helps keep me calm and relaxed.

I love the guided imagery segment, and it's something that I can do all of the time on my own time!

Lastly, the 'Sleep Well:  A Guided Imagery Tool for Achieving Better Rest'.  Who doesn't need this!?  First, it's guided imagery.  That should be enough to convince you.  Next, it's super, super, super relaxing.

I love to use this with my family.  A lot of people aren't aware of guided imagery, but it really takes your mind off of your current problems and lets you get a break from your own mind.
